1. Subject of the contract
These Terms of Contract govern the contractual relationship between the user and the website owner for the temporary use of coworking spaces (desks, private offices, cabins and meeting room) at the Seaside Coworking premises. The owner of the business is:
- Owner: Guillermo Daniel Calvo Altesor
- Tax ID (NIF): 45853654A
- Address: Paseo de Berlín, Local 2, Los Cristianos, 38650, Santa Cruz de Tenerife
- Phone: +34 614 105 057
- Email: info@seasidecoworking.com
2. Contracting process and price
Booking is done through the reservation wizard on seasidecoworking.com: the user selects the space, the date and, where applicable, the time slot; they then enter their contact details and confirm payment via Stripe, an external payment gateway that processes the transaction securely. After payment, the user receives a confirmation email with the booking details and instructions for accessing the space.
Prices shown include VAT and correspond to the rate in force at the time of booking. The owner reserves the right to change prices at any time, without affecting bookings that have already been confirmed and paid for.
3. Cancellation policy
The user is entitled to a full refund if they request cancellation at least 24 hours before the booking's start date and time.
Cancellations requested with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.
To request a cancellation, the user should write to info@seasidecoworking.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +34 614 105 057, stating their name and the booking date. Any refunds due are processed within a maximum of 7 business days, through the same payment method used for the booking.
4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the recast text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), the general 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal provided for distance contracts does not apply to services related to leisure or work activities where the contract specifies a particular date or period of performance — as is the case with a coworking space booked for a specific date and time slot.
Therefore, once a booking is confirmed, it is subject exclusively to the Cancellation Policy described in the section above, and not to the general 14-day right of withdrawal.
5. Non-payment and fraud
In the event of non-payment, fraudulent use of payment methods, or breach of these terms, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking, deny access to the space, and take any legal action that may be appropriate.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the contract, the parties, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
